Terms and Conditions

The exhibitor states that the dog is completely vaccinated against distemper, parvo, leptospirose  and HCC and, coming from abroad, against rabies. Proof of vaccination can be asked for.

The exhibitor states that the dog he has entered has not, to his knowledge, during the last 12 weeks been in circumstances where there might have been danger of infection with canine distemper, or any other infectious disease, and that he will not present his dog if such circumstances should occur between now and the day of the Show.

The exhibitor states that the dog he has entered – if born in the Netherlands after 30 April 1989, or in another country after the legal ban on cropping was in force there, or if born after 1 October 1996 in any country whatsoever – has not had its ears cropped. A dog that has had its tail docked and was born in the Netherlands after 31 August 2001 or abroad after the legal ban on cropping was in force cannot participate in the exhibition. Dogs with docked tails can participate in this show providing the docking was the result of a medical necessity. The statement concerning the required amputation has to be entered in the European animal passport by a practicing veterinarian. This statement should be made available for inspection during the exhibition.

By entering the dog the exhibitor forced himself/herself to pay the entry fee.

The organisation cannot under any circumstances be held liable for damages caused by visitors, trade stand holders, exhibitors or dogs.
